Used Car Prices . Penang V Selangor

Hello,
I was going through mudah and I found a huge difference in the used car prices between Penang and Selangor . Sometimes the difference is almost RM 10-15k . Any reason why there could be a huge price discrepancy for a similar car . I am Penang and in that case , is it a wise choice to buy the car in Selangor and use it in Penang ?
