Rental property required in Dalat area!!!

Hey Guys!
I am currently looking for a rental property in the Dalat area. I am looking to move from HCMC on the 4th of May, and would be looking to move in ASAP after that date. My maximum budget would be $500USD per month but would love to find something well under that if possible. I would require the following features;
1.  Fully furnished apartment / house/ bungalow in safe area
2.  Amenities – Internet (wifi), hot water, electricity…
3.  At least 1 large bedroom, preferably 2 or more. Double beds preferrable
4.  Kitchen with fridge, cook top/ stove, cubboards, table + chairs
5.  Living area / lounge room – furniture + TV
6.  Secure motorcycle parking
7.  Balcony would be nice but not essential
8.  I require month by month lease agreement

Thanks again! I have been to Dalat before and it didn't seem unsafe. I guess I really meant somewhere it was safe to park a motorcycle etc. Thanks!
