Which are your best tips to meet people and to make friends in Tianjin??

I see there isn't much response to the question "How to make friends in Tianjin" so I will offer up one quick solution - get in touch with ME:)聽 I'm a friendly guy from the Dark Continent in Tianjin, and indeed China, for the first time.聽 I'd be a good place to start;)
