Yup, it also most likely won't develop during the next days. Still, I always prefer to see the systems west of PR. (unless they travel to the east like "Wrong Way Lenny")
Meanwhile it's quiet again on the storm fornt(s). Tropical storm Harvey, south of PR, dissipated and 92L (the disturbance which is meanwhile north of PR) doesn't get its act together. No new waves out of Africa yet that could develop.
