I suggest you look on websites such as ghanafind, tonaton but beware as there are lots of problems with property here. accraexpat is another good resource.
There are car rental places here. Look at noworriesghana.com for recommendations. Cars are expensive to rent though.

Sorry. You want to buy a car. Again accraexpat.com is a good resource as you are usually buying from Expats who are leaving
