Has anyone found zero calorie sweetener in tunisia, preferably the sfax area. I'm looking for any zero calorie sugar substitutes and where to buy them.

Yes of course you can find it.聽 The large supermarkets such as Carrefour and Monoprix sell these.聽 I don't know if they are more expensive that other countries but if you need it it's there

Don't buy that, it's just chemicals poison... not healthy nor healthier than sugar itself...
Aspartame and others are horrible to kidney etc... not evennfor free... it's bitter

Some people cannot have sugar, such as diabetics, so this is a substitute.
