Cheap way to call from LANDLINE number from UK

Just wondering how you guys make cheap phone calls to LANDLINE number from UK to Mauritius.
i've been using Skype and i top up every week.

if you goto some of the local indian shops you can get call cards that give you cheaper rate calls. But the best thing is to use the internet at both ends and apps such as WhatsApp etc. as you can also do video conferencing and the cost is cheap if you have a good internet package

I use MOBILE Voip. It's very cheap. And most countries like US is free.
