UAE Online Job Applications?

Hello,

To be honest, I have been throwing my resume all over the internet. Name the site, I probably have tried it. LinkedIn stands out as the most overrated job seeker site. It have never worked for me not in the slightest ways. After trying for a while it does get to you. It is soul draining as many people put it.

Of course there is no easy way of getting a job, times are tough, employers are firstly looking for locals to hire then online. "C'est la vie."

Forgive my little rant, I would like to find out from anyone in the recruitment industry in UAE how feasible it is to get an offer via online application. Or rather for someone who is living abroad. Thanks in advance.

Today, many employers are advertising through Free Job boards and classified which is cost effective and more efficient for them. It has worked for many Job seekers
