I am planing to move soon to Srilanka And I would like please to ask if someone have any idea about coustoms; do I have to pay taxes for my personal stuff(furniture,electronics,....) Knowing that I have the residency visa.

I have few months back brought down about a half container of personal effects here. You should know what you are doing and get a good good agent. I had few issues as well but ultimately were able to clear it without much difficulty. It's not that difficult if you have the right agents who know the procedure.
