Hi I am looking for a 1 BHK for rent for long period of min 1 year max 2 years..
since my son's聽 study is in CSCT in Pitakotte, I need this property near this.
Can anybody advise in this regard please.
This聽 I need starting from September 1st on wards.

Hi Jai,

Please look in Ikman.lk where u find many houses. Also please note 900 USD is way too expensive. You can rent out 1BHK for USD 250 to 300.

Sorry foe the delay, I was in travel and did not have the luxury of "TIME" to check with expat.com
At the moment the house is under REmax and they are doing a great job.
As I live in USA, I was putting the add thru here.
