Advice needed for international health insurance

Hello! I see that this topic hasnt been covered here. I have some questions, would help with applying, Id really appreciate. Wether its a bit of information or a lot I would appreciate it. Even if some questions dont get answered.

I'm going to apply for the (U.S.) Working Holiday visa right before November starts. I need a bit more money until I can apply (and health insurance!).

When should I apply for international health insurance?

Which provider do you recommend for a low budget (and for a younger audience)?

How was your experience?

You should have the insurance arranged when applying.
There are many providers which you can find online. The US immigration website may have a list of preferred insurance providers.
