Immigration Attorney + PEO Inquiry

Post new topic

thedukeof

Hey everyone! I am starting to plan my move to Portugal later this year/early 2018 and I am looking for more information and any referrals for immigration attorneys who can help process my visa and any PEO (Private Employer Orgs) that I can sign up with that will help process my payroll and taxes each month.

I'm an American citizen currently living in Germany on a work visa. The company I work for is a Germany company and I will continue to stay employed by them, but my employment status will change to "contractor" once I move to Portugal. I'm not sure what type of visa I need to apply for. Due to my lack of formal education (no college or masters), it wasn't easy to get a visa in Germany due to their weird views on the need for education. I'm hoping Portugal isn't as strict on this.

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!

I'd suggest your refer to the BUSINESS DIRECTORY, recommended Lawyers should be posted there, as opposed to the forum.

Good luck
