I had one done at Yip Dental Surgery inside Publika several years ago and I've been very happy with it. I've about to do another one, but going to dentist much closer to where I live this time. I've been very happy with his other work so I'll give him a try this time. But the prices have gone up, last time I paid about RM4K, now it's up to RM7K.

Im trying to think....in Bangsar there is a dentist who services lots of expats and I cant this moment remember the clinic name. His name is Eugene and the clinic is on the main road in Bangsar, towards the opposite end of where you would turn to go to Mid Valley. Its in a big building....let me think....it must be Yee Dental Surgery on the corner of Jalan Maarof and Jalan Penaga. Here from google:

Best dental clinic in malaysia... And personally I think in SEA.  I travel from Singapore to see the most professional dentist to handle my dental hygiene.

I have been there but its so many years I can barely remember but that has to be it.

I live in Setapak, which I think is a lot farther away I think. Hopefully someone can recommend someone in PJ.

Dear David,

try Bangsar Dental Specialist Centre, they are giving out pretty good deals for implants and general dental services. Its located right above a famous banana leaf restaurant. Treatment was good, painless and smooth. My dad had 2 implants placed by the dentist and he(my dad) is 75  years old, didn't feel a thing. Smooth operators...
