I'll be very honest to you : your English is very bad just like your social skills . And you need to learn Dutch at forehand to get a chance to come to the Netherlands. But that's not all: you must have very high rarely and excellent skills to get a job in the Netherlands. The companies prefer Dutch people over foreigners unless they have these skills which they can't find anywhere else.

And please : stop shopping around about where you want to go. Concentrate on one or two countries and gather information as much as you can.
