I was reluctant to reply for your post, but seeing a few useless replies made me to add my 2 cents out here.

Typically, for applying a visit visa for Oman, a person needs a sponsor (Most of the cases). If its a female who has no legal relationship with you, it becomes a hard nut to crack. There are visa providers /agencies which arrange the visa on few conditions though.

Technically you are not eligible yet for applying / sponsor the visa of anyone till you complete 6 months of your professional job. Once you complete this tenure, then you may be eligible for sponsoring visit visa for your family (That includes brothers, sisters, wife etc / blood relations) based on your salary, financial conditions if they satisfy the immigration rules and policies.

For a girlfriend, you can not independently apply a visit visa but your sponsor could. You need to do a bit of research on it. Trust this reply would help you.

Schaz mentioned some agencies/ Providers that may help in getting a VIsa for an unrelated person wishing to visit Oman. Would you be so kind as to expand on this? I am facing the same situation and asked the tourist companies, they were of no help at all!
