How long does a dependant residence visa take to process?

Hi my wife's visa application (as a dependant) was submitted yesterday, and she is scheduled to arrive in 10 days.

Will the residence visa be issued in time? If not, will she be able to get a visit visa on arrival (as canadians we are eligible for visit visas).

Hi,

Its a long weekend, your application will start to process only on Sunday. Its better you contact your employer and ask them to verify whether it would be possible for her to enter Bahrain on visit visa if the dependent visa is in progress.
