Would greatly appreciate it if someone could let me know what paperwork I need to open a bank account in Portugal.

Hi, to open a bank account in Portugal you need :

Passport or Identity card
Fiscal number
Water or electricity bill
and some euros.

Do you know if I can get fiscal number and open a Portuguese bank account while out of the country?聽 Do I need a Portuguese address?

Hi, I think so. To be sure, you should contact and ask directly a portugese bank.
