Resources to find 3 month rental property

Hello all,

I'm bringing my family of 4 to Mount Maunganui at the end of January and need to find housing for 3 months.聽 The best resource seems to be the TradeMe website, but it is only for folks who are already residents - i.e., not me.聽 Other resources that I've found so far seem to be geared to spendy, vacation rentals.聽 Does anyone know of other resources we could use to look for housing?

You can search on as well. You may find a temporary residence for sometime and within that duration, you may be able to figure out a permanent accommodation for you.
Holiday rental house is certainly a very expensive option, but if you're ok to spend a huge amount, go for it.

Also check locally for the temporary guests houses that offer 3 - 5 months stay.
