@vsank well I don't know if this may interest you or not!!,, but tomorrow there is a live concert for Wust El Blad band at the AUC, they are a quite famous band here in Egypt and they play some good Music!
the concert is tomorrow at 6:00 PM

thank you guys; i will follow all suggestions from now on tonight is Cairo Opera House - Yahia Kahlili and band! Been wanting to see him live for a while now..so excited about that. After that may be Cairo Jazz Club for some electronica!
