Howdy to 1 and all. Finally I have arrived in Ca Tho. Oh so clean...need help..what is the best SIM card/mobile phone provider. To text locally, text back to Australia and receive calls from OR. Thanks

Go for . It's popular in the south.
If you're using a smart phone (recommended), use apps to text-chat with people back home.
WiFi (mostly free) and 3g network are readily available all over Vietnam unless you are in the remote countryside.
