Hi! My name is聽 Amber & I am from the US. I will be moving to Hanoi on January 12 to teach English and am looking for a room to rent in Tay Ho (that鈥檚 where I heard it is best for teachers to live)? Also, looking to buy a 馃弽 to get around and not sure if I should go to city center first to find a second hand moped or straight to Tay Ho and just look on websites until I find one.
Any recommendations please feel free
