Hi there! Can someone tell us the process of marriage in Riyadh? I鈥檓 a Filipina Christian and my boyfriend is Egyptian Muslim we are both working in Riyadh. He wants to us to get married in egypt embassy but I don鈥檛 know the papers I need to bring. Thanks for any reply鈥檚.

You need to have a valid passport / ID but you must register this marriage with the Saudi聽 government and in this case you must have a valid Iqama

Your saudi boyfriend needs to obtain a certain permission from the Ministry to marry you. (permission to marry non saudi). He can marry you in your country yes but make sure he has the permission and it is done the legal way not a silent marriage otherwise you will not be able to come here as his wife.
