Hi all - me again!!
As mentioned, I'll be moving to Fiji in 6 weeks to take up work with the USP. I am a keen, if older, surfer getting into the cold waters of South Oz 2-3 times a week. I would like to meet people in Fiji to surf with, and gain some local knowledge when I get there. Does anyone know of a surf club / bar / group in the Suva area that I could contact?

Hey Marty,

in Suva you have WaiTui as the biggest surf shop (AFAIK). To my knowledge, there are no real hangout spots for surfers, since there really isn't much/ any surf in Suva directly anyway. Closest to Suva? Sigatoka. Small swells in PacHarbour. Or naturally out at Cloudbreak, Namotu, the "usual"... get in contact with the shops like FijiSurfCo. or WaiTui, they can help you
