Minimum rent for families minimum requirement QAR 5000 monthly, buying apartment is not easy for ex parties to buy any land and apartment,  as we are holding car average montly expense is qar600 for fuel and depreciation , normally good health but some days montly QAR150/- for medicines , basic foor items per person is QAR350/- per month , childrens educational and  other expenses is QAR 525    average electricity and water about 300/- per month average phone internet cost qar 350 per month  others are we avoiding as we are physical exercise  from home only
average qar7000 expenses if we manage properly,      But before 15years it was half of this amount.  Rent is gone up 400% and cost of foods by 200%
