Hi sir
聽聽聽聽聽 As I want to work in Malaysia...聽 I approached My agent told me to enter in Malaysia by visiting visa, once joined the company will be applying the work permit聽 after 6 months聽 ...my question is it possible to convert the visit visa to work permit for me聽 by employer after six months... Is it legal under Malaysia law and regulations.... And my agent said the contract is 3 years.... But I have to enter Malaysia by visiting visa......

That is illegal. DO NOT DO IT THIS WAY you will end up being deported and banned for 5 years from entering Malaysia.

Regarding my above enquiry my agent said the employer will pickup me from airport and provide me free accomadation in that 20 persons in single house.... Food no free... Single day salary 60 ringet 12 hours duty....designation is Packing labour.... Plus聽 overtime will be provided after 12 hours duty... 26 working days.... Once visiting visa expires after six month (he showed me the (Myreg)Malaysia聽 visit visa of someone showing 6 months聽 validity) my employer will deduct 3000 ringet from my salary for work permit visa applying process .....contract time is 3 years聽 ..and succeed upon contract for 3 years leave for 26 days with company provides free air ticket to return india.. Before 3 years聽 ie... In case I want come after two years of working ..company will not provide me air ticket I have to return india at my own expenses.....is it really聽 fake....聽 Or any possibility to work in Malaysia by this manner.....

It is illegal to work on a visit visa

They will not pay you properly and will never get you a work permit.

Correct process:

1. You get a medical done in India at one of the centres that have agreement with Malaysian government

2. You get a single entry visa (VDR) issued by the Malaysian consulate in Mumbai, New Delhi or Chennai)
