Blue card vs Karta Pobytu

Hi Guys,

I have recently moved here. I want to understand what the difference is between the Karta Pobytu & the Blue card. Also are there advantages of having one over the other?

Hi

Residence card is a standard one, while the Blue Card allows more freedom when changing employers, moving around Schengen zone etc. It can be applied only by foreigners with unique, high qualifications and one has to present a proof for it.

There are two types of Pobyt cards , temporary for 3-5 years, and constant for 10 years. They are different. The blue card has a lot of similarities with the constant card for 10 years.
