Hi!
I was wondering what cell phone plan to get?聽 I want one that has coverage while we travel in Europe.

The 2 biggest providers in Romania are Orange and Vodafone, both have good roaming coverage in the EU.聽 Personally, I've preferred Orange, it even worked in the states.
