Help please.

Can anybody help me here?聽 I am living in Moscow and it is soo hard for an american to find work:(. I am an accountant but nobody trusts me. I have a 3 year multiple entry visa. I am willing to relocate to another city and looking for any work and an apartment so i can get established. What do i do?!聽聽

What kind of work are you looking for? I suppose most of the jobs (except IT, banking) here impose knowledge of Russian. Also there are plenty accountants here so there is no need in foreigners.
The only skill you are far ahead of most russians - you're a native English speaker and since you can work as an English teacher at some school or as a private tutor. I don't think teacher is a dream work, but it's paid well enough, so it can be a good case for a first time.
