Yes,

I've been in Australia for three years now and I've been keen on making a industry change into logistics industry the hours are grand you get 4-8 hrs shifts. If you survive your probationary period for 3 to 6 mos. you will end up getting a newÌý subcontract for permanent part time.

Usually a company would like you to stay on for five years before they make you permanent. To know that you are reliable if you aren't going to be sticking around. Then they won't be interested in keeping you around.

Also as well if you are on a 457 visa talk with your local community centre to see if you can do any volunteering on your time off. That really is a good attribute on your resume if you are assisting the community.

Put that down on your resume as well don't leave anything out. If you are with a local job service agency have them refer with a 2 week transfer to another organisation or Community Services Job Agency they make sure that your Job Service Agency.

Isn't just making sure you look up ten jobs but that when you do get a job the community services job agency can call them to job link. You to your induction without any issues as far as giving you information that may end up conflicting with your schedule. So you won't be late your first day.

Depending on what state and territory you move to the services there may not necessarily out do others. But it is very bismarck and keen for you to be aware before you arrive. Because the transition pace is very quick and you can be left in the lurch.

Include things you've done in the past 10 years on your resume or if you can think back to your first ever job. Employers in Australia want to see some kind of consistency work ethic. Aged Care and Disability Services are in high demand in Australia.

As the boom bust economy downtur for the mining has slowly but surely started to pick up in the last ten years. A demand for carers has increased according to the Work Skills projections in the next 15 years these jobs will be in high demand.

Very Respectfully,

Mr. Jones

Hi,

Out of my experience since the last four years, what I have personally observed is, there is no such job which is "most in-demand". One can find any job related to their area and needs to invest time in finding the right contact and information regarding it.

One has to get the local experience first but getting into volunteering / any part time jobs and then can look into the field of their expertise.

The best thing here in Australia, looking for an alternate career change is very easy if you have the right and correct skills.

Cheers !

I am a Hotelier been working in Maldives past 10 years of time.Australia is a new life for me been in the city and get to know new people and friends. I don't see the hotels in Australia with high standards or personalized service. I been working as a F&B Manager and when I look at the service in Australia it just service witout any feelings and simple touch to remamber. It just a short one to say but lot more to know as well 😉
