Good day,
I am a Canadian temporarily living on the Pacific coast of Guatemala. I am interested in purchasing a large piece of land with two other foreigners and subdividing it so that we each hold a seperate title for our own section. Is this possible? Can the Ocret be subdivided? Is their a work-around if not?
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi Andrew, I settled in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala one month ago and I am in touch with a real estate expert because I want to buy a house here.
Here is his website :
He is french but has been living and working in Guatemala for 27 years, I am sure he can help you! He has many pieces of land for sale, and I sure subdividing them is possible.

Good luck.
