Last year I attended for a face to face interview. Till that time, I was exchanging e-mails with the "recruiter" (hotmail mail by the way, didnt noticed though). Skype interview etc.
After 15-20 days, I attended for a face to face meeting. In a coffee shop in JTL (she excused herself by saying her office is under maintenance) 
She asked me for 450 USD in order to better arrange and upgrade my profile, she offered me also social media handling (for extra money of course).
Guess what, I enjoyed my coffee, I paid for my coffee and I left.
This was my "excellent" experience
