what is the sufficient salary to apply visa?

Hello Community,
We are married in india, Now my wife working on 6 month contract in netherlands.聽 i know a year contract is required to apply visa. but she works 3 days per week on low salary basis. So What is the sufficient balance needed to sponsor me.聽 after 6 month if they extend to 1 year contract in the same work, can we apply for the visa?
