Me and my partner have been together for 9 years and have been engaged for a year .She has been offered a job and of course I will be going with her.We are now worried that you have to be married to live with each other. Would it be possible to have a arab wedding in uae and would it be valid ?

It's not the ethnicity of the wedding that counts but whether it's registered properly in UAE or not.

You can live together without issues if you don't attract unnecessary attention and behave respectfully. Lots of people do that and face no problems.

Should you decide to get married, one of you needs to be a resident and then follow the legal process for having / registering wedding in the UAE.
