Dear sir,

As per contract signed in Dec 2014, my agreed monthly basic salary was SAR 13005 with special allowance of SAR 10710 (Dated 4- Dec-2014)
In June 2016, company issued a letter stating that 50% of monthly special allowance from 1st April 2016 will be kept aside and will be paid after financial year.
Evaluation time period stated by the company has passed and we have not been paid back the deducted 50% of special allowance.
Since the project is at the finishing stage and company can demobilize me any time therefore I would like to file a complaint against my company to pay me my deducted special allowance upto my last working day in company.
