I am a new french expat just arrived 2 weeks ago in Hong Kong, I would like to meet friendly people there to hang out.

Head to the watering holes of KLF in Central, Wanchai or TST (Kowloon)and you will meet many expats or people needing to converse and chat. JW

Try Gecko in Central. Not to be stereotypical but there are many French expats who frequent there. you will meet new people there

stereotypically when expats are going out to drink they will either be somewhere in Central or Wanchai
