I have found 280£ from A&B.  You can check on tripadvice.

GF’s on her way today via Thai Airways for £560, booked a month ago. She’s staying a month but leaving before peak season July as flights would have gone up by £250-300.

A little travel hack for you. Last time i was searching on expedia I was getting one way tickets to London via bangkok for much higher than when I selected a multi city trip via bangkok manually. Saved about £90.

Try some Chinese air lines, if you don’t mind a couple of stops. Such as air China , China Eastern . They are probably the cheapest .

I would go with vietnam airlines, they are mot much more expensive than the Chinese carriers. Also the service is amazing

If you prefer to fly in premium or business class you can use option town to upgrade cheaply also

I used Vietnam airlines - direct flight from HCMC to London. Cheap flight and one of the best I have had on the new dreamliner.  Cheers Tim
