Should I try to sell a new Tesla Model 3 in Norway

Hello Everyone,

I've heard that Teslas are very popular in Norway and have special tax treatment.聽 I am now in the U.S. and able to purchase a Tesla Model 3 I have on reservation.聽 I was wondering if it would be worth buying here and then try to send it to Norway to sell it.聽 I would not be moving to Norway anytime soon but was curious if it would make sense to investigate further.

I recommend looking into import taxes because the tax scheme referred to (as far as I'm aware) is more to benefit people who purchase and own the cars here. It may not apply to the import taxes which are quite high. Also, a Tesla from the US may not conform completely to Norwegian vehicle regulations and need modifications.
