Visa Requirement for Student in Georgia for Armenia Touristic Visa

i am indian studying in Tbilisi, Georgia and having one year Resident Card聽 and want to visit as tourist in Armenia, do i need visa?
Also if I need visa then do I have to get Travel Insurance or no need?

As an Indian you need a visa to travel to Armenia. You should take out travel insurance.

There is an online e-visa which is supposed take only 3 days to get. Go to 聽 for information and application.

Only E visa is not a issue..
There is no benefit of having Georgian Residence card to Get Armenian Visa ON Arrival?
