Renting property in Salalah

Evening.
Any chance someone can put me in the direction of a service/agent/or otherwise for finding a property to rent in Salalah. Long term rent of at least 12 months probably longer.

I have had a look online but seem to be getting myself a tad confused.

Are you looking for a flat?
Do you know where the place you like to stay in Salalah?

Actually nowadays Salalah has Khareef season which makes all properties busy till end of September..
