Situation in Malaysia

Hello. I would like to know how鈥檚 Malaysia currently doing with foreign workers. I saw a post in one of the fb pages for Filipinos and tells not to go outside And keep their documents safe. I don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 going on so I am a bit worrier cause I鈥檒l be in KL this Sunday. I asked the group why but left after cause I was not given an answer. Would like to know why so I can still think if I should go or not.
