Acca-OBU registration with SOCPA

Dear friends,

I urgently need an advise on the folloeing issue.i am an acca affiliate (11 out of 14 exams) with an OBU Bsc. Degree. I'm currently looking to change my profession to accountant or financial analyst. My questions are:
1) according to new profession change rules, registration with socpa is mandatory, can OBU degree holders register with SOCPA? Saudi culture and embassy do not attest OBU degrees.
2) If not, what other options do i have in order to change my profession?

I desparately need an advise so please be kind enough to share your opinion if someone has any knowledge or experience regarding this issue.. thanks in advance
