Mm2h property purchase in perak

Hi all

I am living in perak under mm2h visa and have purchased a condominium here. My queries are, can l also buy a landed property in perak and if so what is the current minimum value?

Check with Land Office as these are locally set limits. There is no limit to the number of property purchases usually, but sometimes lower MM2H thresholds may have a quota attached. It seems that RM1 million is the minimum price for landed properties under MM2H in Perak (RM350,000 for strata title). But some landed properties have a strata title which is why its a bit complicated.

Hmm, like most things in the world today, truth isn't truth. But your assistance is greatly appreciated, I will try to follow it up with the land office as per your suggestion. Unfortunately my experience with most government departments is obfuscation, as nobody seems to want to give a definitive answer, in case of come back l guess.
