Am thinking of purchasing a town house at Fumba Zanzibar. Can anyone advice whether rental occupancy in Zanzibar for a 5 bed unit is an attractive option and what is the current demand for good housing in this area............Charles osoro

I was thinking that tourists are seasonal.and also I don't know rental levels in Zanzibar for a 3_5bed house. Any advice............thank you Charles

OK ,I think you should target both tourists and expats, if it was in Dar, would give you the best options cuz I know a lot about this city

Very beautiful, Perfect places for that business since many expats live here and also 90% of tourists pass thru Dar international airport before they go to safari and Zanzibar.
