How can I transfer my iqama from my Dad's to company's sponsorship?

I want to transfer my iqama. Currently, I am a dependent under my dad's name. I want to transfer the iqama from my dad's to company's kafala. How do I do that? Can someone please enlighten me the entire process in today's date.

If you are working in a company they will handle the transfer formalities.
