hi can anybody advise me ; i am moving my family to kathu or phuket town in mid december 2018 and we will be looking聽 to rent聽 a single story property for 1 maybe 2 years聽 what sort of price should i expect to pay , thanks in advance

HI Chris,

For a single story house in Kathu Phuket you are looking at around 喔�12,000 to 喔�25,000. But the luxury one can go up to 喔�50,000/month.
