Troubles registering for temporary residence permit

Hi!
I've recently moved to Poland, Wroclaw, and now it's time to get a temporary residence permit.
Apparently, I have to appoint a visit there on rezerwacje.duw.pl. The problem is, the queue is so long I literally have to try every day to tap to the latest calendar date available every couple of seconds, to see available times at the moment they release them. It's been several days of attempts already, but I even cannot get the available times, not even talking about registering to them.

Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
And I'm what, can be deported out of Poland just because I wasn't lucky enough to appoint the visit to drop the documents? Seriously?
