Guidance for E-2 Visa Process

Hello guys
I am going through E-2 Visa process.
I already formed LLC company, opened bank account for the company and invested in a Franchise.
I would appreciate some guidance about requirements and documents to present to embassy:

* Is required to lease and office before schedule interview in embassy?
* Law allows to hire people before get E-2 Visa?
* Sons of E-2 Visa holders can attend public elementary schools?

Without going into legal details, the best and most succinct comment I have in response to your query: is that you need to show that you have fully put your investment/money at risk, and that your enterprise investment will contribute to the economy by employing some people.
