Forming a LLC with Local Azeri

I have visited Baku a lot many times. I would like to form a company in Baku, Azerbaijan with partner who stays in Baku. We would like to form a LLC company with minimum capital investment. I would like your help in the formation of the company. Please advise what all documentation will be required to from my side as an Indian and my partners side who is Azerbaijani. Also how will we start the procedure to get a visa for me. I would like to know exact details of list of documentation and exactly how much time will it require for the whole process.

u can registered LLC company without local sponsor.聽 if u are in azerbaijan visit asan xidmat there u can get all detail for taking license and visa.

asan xidmat offices are located in different places u can search it on google.
