Facebook sales and wants groups?

Are there any Fbook groups for Kh谩nh H貌a/Nha Trang where people advertise their used or unwanted goods for sale?

Many other places, much smaller, seem to have a couple or more of such sales boards, but I can find nothing for the Nha Trang area.

Type " cho Nha Trang"聽 on聽 Facebook, it will come up with a list of pages.

BUT - it looks like people are selling used stuff at silly prices - more than new prices.
Is this usual in Vietnam?
Does everyone do this and expect to haggle and get beaten down?

Yes, for some reason they do this. Sometimes better to buy new stuff, just make an offer and see what happens.
