The company I worked for it refused to renew my Iqamah

My iqamah expired 10 days ago, ESGSA, the company I worked for it, has refused to renew my Iqamah, even though I have a case against it in the labor court, what should I do!! I need the Iqamah to use my bank account.

You should directly go to you bank with passport and ask for total closure and withdraw all you balance.

I need also my Iqamah for the health insurance, as I still have a case against the employer in the court, and it may take a time, so am I going also to stay without Iqama, health insurance till the court sentence will be issued!
